肝臓洗浄（レバーフラッシュ/肝臓デトックス）は本当か？ - NATROMのブログ
「肝臓洗浄」とは肝臓や胆のうにある胆石を排出させ、肝機能の改善など効果をうたう民間療法です。「レバーフラッシュ」とか「肝臓デトックス」とか呼ばれることもあります。肝臓洗浄にはいろんなやり方があるようですが、典型的には空腹時にオリーブオイル、グレープフルーツジュース、エプソムソルト（硫酸マグネシウム）、水を特定の手順で飲みます。その後体から出てきた排泄物（要するにウンコ）をザルで濾すと、大小さまざまな緑色の「胆石」が大量に得られるというのです。"liver flush"（レバーフラッシュ）で画像検索すると写真を見ることができます。残念ながら肝臓洗浄はインチキです。確かに胆道は十二指腸に開口していますので、小さな胆石であれば胆道から腸管を通って排泄されることはあります。しかし、肝臓洗浄で出てくるような2-3 cmもの「胆石」は通常は胆道を通りません。また、一度にこれほど大量の「胆石」が排泄さ

被告、公判で訴えへ一時停止義務を守らず乗用車で交差点に進入し、タクシーと衝突して２人を死亡させたとして自動車運転処罰法違反（過失致死）に問われた宮城県富谷町、中学教諭、千葉厚志被告（５２）の初公判が２３日、仙台地裁（村田千香子裁判官）であった。千葉被告は起訴内容を大筋で認めて謝罪した上で「先天性色覚異常があり、赤点滅の信号を黄色点滅と見間違えた」と述べた。弁護側は今後、信号機が障害のある人でも見えやすい「ユニバーサルデザイン」に対応していなかった点などから、情状酌量を求める方針だ。
