Dump Your Pen Friend Saw this while I was walking into the city earlier today - down in the bottom corner it says that the photo is from flickr.com/photos/chewywong. I wonder if he knows that his photo is being used here (most of his photos seem to be using a Creative Commons Attribution license). Anyway - congratulations! 5月 21日 at 6:58 pm by ジョナサン ベイリー - 昨年、Virgin Mobile Australia（バージン・モバイル・オーストラリア）は、広告キャンペーンにCreative Commons（クリエイティブ・コモンズ）のライセンスが供与されたイメージを利用する決断を下した。「Are You With Us Or What（君は味方、それとも？）」というタイトルがつけられた、このキャンペーンは、バージンの携帯電話サービスのタグラインと宣伝が表示されたFlickr（フリッカー）の写真を利用していた。 写真の大半は自動車事故、墓地、クリスマスのデコレーションなど人間とは直接関係のないテーマであったが、ある広告に法的な問題が見つかり、訴訟問題に発展することになった。 当該の広告には、ピースサインをしていたアリソン・チャン氏が映っていた。ジャスティン・ウォン氏が撮影したこの写真
