転職の際に必須なのが履歴書の提出と面接です。 先ずは応募された履歴書の中から書類選考でふるいにかけられて、 書類選考通過者が面接に臨みます。 ですから、最初の関門である書類選考に通る為に、履歴書の記載は手を抜けません。 履歴書というのは素朴な書式で、記入スペースも限られていますから、限られたスペースに簡潔に文章をまとめる事が求められています。 一番肝心なのは、自己PRと志望動機の項目です。 いわば人生がかかった申込書ですから、この小さなスペースに何を書くべきなのかについて迷うものです。 初回の転職でも何を書こうかと迷うものですが、何度も転職している応募者の皆さんは尚さら迷うのでは無いでしょうか。 何度も転職していると言う事実をどう正当化するか？ ここにお悩みがあるのではなかろうかと思います。 余りナーバスに考える必要は無いと思います。 ですが、余りにストレートに書いてしまうのも考え物です。
