①Anamorphic リサイズする際に、画像アスペクト比を維持するかどうかの設定ですね。「Strict」ではリサイズできず、「Loose」では幅を指定すれば自動的に高さを計算して割り当てます。「None」では好きにリサイズできます。 ② Detelecine 日本では、映画(やアニメの一部)は24fpsで作られていますが、テレビ(NTSC)では約30fpsで再生されています。この6フレーム分を埋めるため、telecineと呼ばれる処理が行われています。この処理により、24fpsの動画を(普通に見る上では)違和感無く30fpsに処理しています。が、PC上でエンコードし、再生するとこの処理が目立って変に見えてしまうことがあります。このオプションを使うとtelecine処理をキャンセルし、元の24fpsの動画に戻してくれます。テレビ放送されたりVHSに録画されたりした映画を処理する際に用います
