天国のビーフシチュー
この季節になると泣き泣き作るビーフシチュー。なぜ泣くかというと、面倒くさいからである。２時間くらいかかる。じゃ作らなきゃいいじゃん、と思うだろうが、しかし、この味を食べさせてくれるレストランが周囲にないので仕方なく。元は１５年くらい前にDanchuに載っていたレシピ。当時東京にあったマリークロードというレストランのシェフの長尾和子さんという方のもので、それを簡易化しました。お試しあれ。本格的な複雑な味でありながら、日本風あっさりした優しさもあり、ご飯にもあいます。 おいしさの秘訣は １．赤ワイン ２．隠し味のカラメル（砂糖を焦がして作る。甘くならずに深みが出る） レシピはこんな感じ。 材料（直径３０センチくらいの鍋一杯分。かなり大量。８人分くらい） 牛肉１キロ強（３−４センチ角に切る） 各種野菜。切った状態トータルで、見た目がこれまた切って山積みした牛肉の倍くらいになるように。何を使うかは
