Zyngaがウノウを買収したと日経電子版が本日深夜2:00に報じた。 ウノウは2001年設立のベンチャー企業で，「まちつく！」などのヒットゲームをmixi，モバゲー，GREEに提供している国内でも有力なソーシャルゲーム･デベロッパーだ。 【ウノウの提供しているサービス ホームページより抜粋】 トランスコスモスやngi groupなどの持つウノウの全株式は，8月上旬，Zyngaに数十億で売却された模様だ。 Zygnaは，ソフトバンクとの合弁会社として設立準備に入っているZynga Japanの核として，日本におけるソーシャルゲームの有力企業であるウノウに目をつけたのだろう。Zynga Japanの社長には，ソフトバンク幹部か，ウノウ山田社長が就任する予定とのこと。 今後，Zynga Japanは，国内のみならず，中国などアジア展開の拠点となるとソフトバンクは発表しており，さらなる買収の可能性
