日本の財政と、海外留学について
（加筆・修正しました） 日本国債の格下げを受けて、日本国内では財政のサステイナビリティの議論が再燃している。 今学期履修しているDuffie教授（＊１）の言葉を借りるまでもないのだが、格付け会社の判断というのは、多分に事後的に行われるものである。正直なところ、それを見て、いまさら何か新しいことが起きたかのように考えるのは間違っているし、もっと日ごろから、そこそこ事情通のMBA学生なら誰でも知っている日本の債務問題については、真正面からの議論が行われるべきだと思う。 この話題、お花畑展開的には、今から経済に大きなインパクトを与えることなく、歳出を上回る歳入を確保し（もしくは経済成長により）、債務対GDPの比率を下げていくことが、本当の大筋になるはずなのだが、今の世の中でそれをしっかりと示せている人は、たぶんいない。なので、将来的には、昔から言われているような長期金利の上昇と、結果としての悪性
