楽しく続けているか - F.Ko-Jiの「一秒後は未来」
毎日続けるというのは時には良いことだけど、1日途切れた時の半端ない残念感や、毎日やらないといけないというストレスを考えると、別に毎日やる必要はないよねと思う。ほどよく継続できていたらいい。 何か続いてるものがあるとしたら、自分の場合それは多分楽しいから続いている。楽しくないものはほぼ続かない。できない日があったらあとでまとめてやってまかなえる仕組みにしておくとよい。毎日でなくてよい。 ブログは毎日書いてないけど、プログラミングのコードはほぼ毎日書いている。別に毎日書こうと決めているわけじゃなくて、半分は仕事だからで半分は楽しいから。その結果としてほぼ毎日という状態になってるだけ。 洗濯は楽しくない。具体的には洗濯物を干すのが楽しくない。もし向かいのマンションに綺麗なお姉さんがいてベランダに洗濯物を干す時にたまに目が合って「あっ」とかなったら多分毎日ムダに洗濯すると思うけど、実際はそんなマン
