神奈川県は３日、同県鎌倉市岩瀬１丁目の資生堂鎌倉工場で製造された製品の乳液約１トンが、大型トラックで運搬中に漏出したと発表した。同市大船５丁目から横浜市栄区内までの県道など約３キロにわたって漏れ出ており、オートバイなど二輪車３台が滑って転倒したという。 　県横須賀三浦地域県政総合センターによると、乳液は大型トラック荷台の１トンコンテナで運搬していた。運転手が鎌倉市と横浜市の境付近で漏れ出ていることに気づいたという。県は午後４時５０分に漏出の連絡を受けた。県と横浜市は乳液の河川への流出を防止するため、処理業者に委託し、路上の乳液に砂をかけて回収する作業を続けている。
