A Genetic Algorithm Guided Formation of Spaced Dyads Coupled with an EM Algorithm for Motif Discovery Previously, we reported GADEM, an efficient de novo motif discovery tool for large-scale genomic sequence data. We present an updated version, v1.3.1, that has improvements and additions. We added a 'seeded' analysis in which a user-specified position weight matrix (PWM) is the starting PWM model.
Stable. This code is being widely used for real work, although SeqMonk is still under active development. SeqMonk is a program to enable the visualisation and analysis of mapped sequence data. It was written for use with mapped next generation sequence data but can in theory be used for any dataset which can be expressed as a series of genomic positions. It's main features are: Import of mapped da
