SPARC Japanセミナー2013「再利用とAltmetricsの現在」 Open Access Week最中の2013年10月25日，国立情報学研究所において，第3回SPARC Japanセミナー2013「オープンアクセス時代の研究成果のインパクトを再定義する：再利用とAltmetricsの現在」が開催された。5本の講演とパネルディスカッションで構成され，100名余の参加者があった。以下，概要を紹介する。 初めに，池内有為氏（筑波大学大学院）が登壇した。研究データの公開と再利用について，研究の信頼性・透明性の担保や，政府や研究助成機関等によるデータ公開義務化等を推進要因に挙げながらも，その実現にはまだ様々な障壁が存在しているとし，大学図書館による研究者支援に期待が高まっていると述べた。同氏は，英国の大学図書館による研究データ管理支援について，今夏行った訪問調査（E1481参照）の結果

英国における研究データ管理支援の動向 | 第3回SPARC Japan セミナー - IKEUCHI UI
2013年10月25日，第3回SPARC Japan セミナー2013にて「英国における研究データ管理支援の動向」についてお話ししてきました。英国訪問報告の第三報です。 研究データの公開と再利用の概説と，エディンバラ大学・グラスゴー大学・Digital Curation Centre（DCC）のインタビュー調査の報告です。緊張してスマートな発表ではありませんでしたが，元図書館員とRDMについて研究している院生の両方の立場から，本音で語ってきました。 発表資料やビデオ映像は後日サイトに掲載されますが，ひとこと感想など。 はじめに鹿児島大学附属図書館/DRFの西薗由依さんによる概要説明。いつもながら的確でした。ビデオレターはPeerJのPeter Binfieldの話をプレゼンに入れたかったのですが，正確に聞き取れたかどうか自信がなかったので断念。 メインのお一人目はMark Hahnelさん

国際学術情報流通基盤整備事業 │ イベント情報 │ H25 │ 2013年度第3回「オープンアクセス時代の研究成果のインパクトを再定義する：再利用とAltmetricsの現在」
【概要】 昨今、"Open Access=Access+Reuse"の定義のもと、欧米では論文への障壁無きアクセスのみならず、論文データの再利用の議論が盛んになっています。また、論文だけでなく、研究データのOA化を義務付ける動きが著しい状況です。一方、オープンになった論文、データに対し、ソーシャル上での反応など、論文の被引用数といった従来の評価指標とは異なる手法によってその影響度を測る"Altmetrics"も注目されています。そこで今回のSPARC Japanセミナーでは、今年のOpen Access Weekのテーマである"Redefining Impact"とも呼応しながら、研究成果のインパクトについて焦点を当て、今後の多様な学術情報流通の展望ならびに課題について議論してみたいと思います。
