映画やテレビ、Webなどに関する企画製作を手がけるビルドアップは5月31日、高品質なアニマトロニクススーツ（着ぐるみ）「ハイクオリティ・スーツ」のレンタル受付を6月より開始すると発表した。第1弾として用意されるのは「パンダスーツ」。 パンダスーツは、内部の演技者がパンダの筋肉の動きや厚みを表現するインナースーツを着用し、その上に「セサミストリート」などでも利用されている最高級の毛皮を装着することで本物のようなボディを再現した。目や耳、口などには合計14個の無線操作可能なサーボモーターが装着されており、笑いや怒りなど多彩な表現も可能にしたという。 目の部分には小型のCCDカメラがセットされており、演技者は装着したメガネ型モニターを通じて外部の様子を確認する。のぞき穴をなくしたことでスーツのリアリティを高めることに成功している。 映像製作プロダクションなどプロユース向けに貸し出しを行う。レンタ
