I generated two matrices of 1000 x 1000: First Matrix: O and #. Second Matrix: O and B. Using the following code, the first matrix took 8.52 seconds to complete: Random r = new Random(); for (int i = 0; i < 1000; i++) { for (int j = 0; j < 1000; j++) { if (r.nextInt(4) == 0) { System.out.print("O"); } else { System.out.print("#"); } } System.out.println(""); } With this code, the second matrix too
I am trying to install Git on Mac OS X Leopard. I'm trying to avoid the MacPorts/Fink route. I'm also trying to avoid the installer on Google because I've gotten very far on my own, but if I have to I'll go ahead and download the installer. Anyway, I have Git installed. /usr/local/bin/git. The problem is that none of the documentation installed, and the Makefile never bothered to tell me that. So
I often find Bash syntax very helpful, e.g. process substitution like in diff <(sort file1) <(sort file2). Is it possible to use such Bash commands in a Makefile? I'm thinking of something like this: file-differences: diff <(sort file1) <(sort file2) > $@ In my GNU Make 3.80 this will give an error since it uses sh instead of bash to execute the commands.

But I want to have it working with y. I have tried to map y to "+y but then yy doesn't work anymore (since it produces "+y"+y). I have also tried :set clipboard=unnamed but this works only the other direction: Text in the system clipb
