佐賀市内の飲食店が、利用客の投稿でつくるインターネットのグルメサイト「食べログ」に掲載されている店の情報を削除するよう求める訴訟を佐賀地裁に起こした。飲食店側は「情報が更新されず、現状とは違う内容が無断掲載され、営業妨害になっている」などと主張。食べログを運営するカカクコム（東京）は「投稿者の感想を載せる場を提供しているだけで、内容にも違法性はない」として削除には応じない構えだ。 訴状などによると、食べログには今年３月、店の外装やメニューの写真などが利用客によって投稿、掲載された。店には連絡はなかった。それ以降に店の外装やメニューは変わったがサイトの内容は更新されず、客に誤解を与えるとして削除を再三依頼したが拒否された。 経営者は、店のホームページを開設し、情報を発信しているが、同店をネットで検索すると、食べログの方が上位に表示され、「正しい情報が伝わりにくく、客も従業員も戸惑う。実情と違
