ぼくの個展に来てくれた画家の方でBさんという方がいます。 彼が自殺したことを今日知りました。 普通、たとえ会った回数が一度だけだとしても、知人が自殺した訃報を知れば悲しみに暮れるんじゃないかと思います。 しかし、ぼくは驚きはしたけれど、全然悲しいという気持ちになれませんでした。 自分でも「ぼくの頭っておかしいのかな」とおもうほどです。 ちなみに、Bさんが自殺してしまった理由が ・信頼していた人に裏切られ、お金も取られた ・お金を取られたのはアンタが悪いと家族や親戚にも追い出された ・自分の作品が個展会場でゴミのように扱われていた ぼくはこの自殺の理由を知って「余りにも人間として薄っぺらい」と思ったし、人として卑怯だと率直に感じました。 たしかに信頼した人に裏切られ、お金を取られたことはとても悲しいことだとおもいます。 しかし、わざわざ裏切った人を実名付きでSNSに投稿し、自分が死ぬのを全部

6月8日〜6月11日にかけて行った初めてのギャラリーを借りての個展を無事終えることができました。 結果は、大盛況でした！！！ 正直、個展を始める前はどれだけの人が来てくれるか本当に不安で仕方ありませんでした。 しかし、蓋を開けてみれば毎日、昼から閉展にかけてほとんどどなたかが在廊され、のべ60人のみなさんが青山の閑静な住宅街にあるギャラリーにわざわざ訪れてくださいました。 遠くは石川県や栃木県からわざわざ仕事を半休にして新幹線で駆けつけてくださる方もいました。 そして、おかげさまで作品を計5つも購入いただき、この個展のために作ったアートTシャツは完売、むしろ枚数が足りず再生産する状況にまでなりました。（Tシャツを買いたいと言ってくれたみなさんごめんなさい！） この結果に当の自分が一番驚いています。 また、個展を開いてとても価値を感じたことがあります。 それが今までインターネットで発信活動を

こんにちは、画家のみやもです。 絵には数え切れないほどのスタイルがありますが、絵といえば風景画や静物画が一般的でそれを「模写」したような絵を人は「上手い！」と感じると思うのです。 ぼくは抽象画というとても曖昧なスタイルの絵を描いています。 作品名「優しさと狂気」 抽象画は人によっては「意味が分からない」、「下手じゃね」となるようなモノ。 しかし、ぼくはそれがカッコイイと昔から思っています。 元々ぼくは中学生時代からストリートファッションが好きで31歳になった今もそれが変わっていません。 ストリートファッションのデザインはグラフィティ（落書き）をモチーフにしてるモノが多く、抽象画に近いんですね。 そのストリートファッションの影響が強いので、アンディウォーホルやバスキアが好きになりました。 抽象画で世界的に認められている画家は数多くいますが、ぼくのようなまだまだ駆け出しだと、やっぱり理解がされ

タイトルはキャッチーですが、真面目にぼくが「アーティストとしてどう在りたいか」について書きたい思います。 ぼくは自分の絵が上手いとか、才能あるなんてこれっぽっちも思っていません。 しかし、ぼくのように絵が上手くない人間が画家を目指しちゃいけない訳ではありません。 唄が音痴の人が歌手を目指しちゃいけない訳ではありません。 リズム感が無くてギターが上手くない人がギタリストを目指しちゃいけない訳ではありません。 世間はやれ技術だ、才能だと声高に言うけれど本当にそうでしょうか？ たしかに技術力がめっぽう高くて歌の上手い人が歌手にはたくさんいるけれど。 そうでない歌手だっていっぱいいるじゃないですか。 ぼくはパンクロックバンドの銀杏BOYSがとても好きで、ボーカルの峯田さんもとても好きです。 彼の唄や声はたしかに魅力的。 しかし、「唄がうまいか？」と言われると決してそうじゃないと思っています。 伝説
