Japan marks 'return of sovereignty' day
Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko gave added weight to the event Japan has for the first time marked the anniversary of the end of the allied occupation, which followed its defeat in World War II. Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said the "restoration of sovereignty day" would give Japan hope for the future and help it become "strong and resolute". ■「みる・きく・はなす」はいま　【清水大輔】３月５日、石川県議会の自民党役員室。紐野（ひもの）義昭・県連幹事長（５７）がつぶやいた。　「空気読んどらん」　同席した議員４人が続いた。「見過ごせん」「止めたもんはいなかったのか」　前日の新聞記事。オーケストラ・アンサンブル金沢（ＯＥＫ）音楽監督、井上道義さん（６６）の北朝鮮入りを伝えていた。　井上さんは、県と金沢市が設立したＯＥＫに招かれて以来、クラシックの音楽祭誘致に尽力してきた。今回の訪朝は３月８日に平壌で国立交響楽団と公演するのが目的とあった。　北朝鮮の核実験の強行後の２月末、北朝鮮に抗議する決議案が全会一致で県議会で可決された。案は県連の議員が作成した。　３月７日。本会議で自民党議員２人が井上さんの訪朝をとりあげた。「社会の常識から逸脱した異常な行動」「北朝鮮の広告塔としての発言をさせてはならない」。見解を求められ、谷本正
