けっこう前に翻訳は終わっていたが、「9/11陰謀（自作自演）論なんてもう下火だろし、趣味がいいとは言えない内容なのでしまっておこう」と考えていた。しかし、kikulog - 11th of Septemberでもこの記事について何度か触れられており、出すこともそれなりに意味がありそうなのでアップする。上で書いたようにけっこうどぎつい内容なので、9/11をこうしたネタにされると不快な人は見ないほうがいいかもしれない。 タイッビの理屈は陰謀論の原理的な否定ではない（それは不可能だ）が、普通の人間にとってはこれで十分のはずだ。他方で「科学的」検証の方向だってあるが、素人はもちろんのこと、物理学者らにとっても片手間で扱えるような内容ではない。陰謀論者はこの点を理解していないように思う。 また、言うまでもないが、9/11調査報告書やNIST、FEMAの報告書を批判することは陰謀論の肯定を意味しない。
