「三面等価」っていう言い方、英語ではしないんだねえ。今日気づいた。アメリカのマクロの教科書をいくつか見たけど、どの本も、索引に「三面等価」は載ってない。唯一の例外がスティグリッツの入門マクロ第3版で、おおっ、って思ったんだけど、出てきてるページは「日本語版補論」のところだった。
