県内すべての県立高校で、タブレット型パソコンを使った教育事業を実施している佐賀県教育委員会が、これまでの事業を総括するために立ち上げた「ICT利活用教育の推進に関する事業改善検討委員会」の“議事録”を作成していないことが明らかとなった。 HUNTERが行った情報公開請求への回答によれば、“録音データ”も不存在。意図的に記録保存を避けたとみられ、どのような検証作業が行われているのか確認不能の状況だ。 どうやら「改善検討」は名ばかり。事業を検証した形だけ残して、一連の騒ぎに幕引きを図りたい県教委側の思惑が浮き彫りとなった。 検証の必要性、新知事が明言 県立高校の新入生家庭に５万円も負担させて購入を強制したタブレット型パソコンは不良品の山、教材インストール・アンインストールで授業を停滞させた上に、不透明な機種選定過程が明らかになるなど様々な問題を引き起こした佐賀県教育委員会の「先進的ICT利活用
