Japanese manga artist Shigeru Mizuki dies
The award-winning Japanese manga artist Shigeru Mizuki, whose work depicted the horrors of war, has died aged 93. Mr Mizuki, a household name in Japan, died of multiple organ failure on Monday, according to a statement from his production company, external. 酒をやめた。 やめようと思ったのは、林先生の精神科Q＆Aで紹介されていた「うつの8割に薬は無意味」という本に、現役の医師の意見として睡眠と断酒のほうが薬よりよっぽど効果があるとあったため。 うつ病ではないが、思春期前くらいから倦怠感と億劫さを抱えていて、なんとかここまで仕事を続けられてきているけど、夕方は大概疲れていて、人と話すのが億劫なため打ち合わせの後は例外なく疲弊している感じだった。 もともと酒はあまり飲めず、惰性で寝る前にワイン一杯か焼酎シングルを飲む程度だった。 やめた直後の2-3日は寝つきが悪いが、とても深く眠れるのを実感した。 その後、体調面では夕方のだるさがなくなり、1日倦怠感を感じないのが普通になった。 心理面では、PC上での細かい作業や打ち合わせが億劫でなくなり、そのせいで頭が疲れる感じもなくなった。 周りがうるさくても自分の仕事に集中でき、集中している時にさえぎられて
同性婚は認めるけど、同性愛者が近くにいるのは嫌だと感じる件
当方両性愛者、人間なら誰でも好きになれる極みの存在です。 言葉には自信がないので語弊がある表現があるかもしれませんが、思うところがありましたので書きます。 ちょっと気になるニュースを耳にしました。 テレビを見ていて知ったのですが、同性婚を認める人が大多数になってきた一方、同僚や友達が同性愛者であることに抵抗がある人の方が大多数であるというのです。 びっくりしました。これちょっと意味わからなくないですか。 どこかで同性婚のことをフィクションのように、遠い場所での出来事みたいに思ってませんか。 好きなら結婚すればいいじゃん、自分には関係ないし（ないと願う）、みたいなことですよね。 異性愛者である自分に同性愛者である人が関わってきたら、、、どういうところに抵抗を感じるのかいまいち私にはわからないのです。 別に同性愛者であるからといって（本人にとって）異性的な性格・思考・振る舞いがついてくるわけで
