昨日無事に男児を出産〜 自分の記録用を兼ねて、初産を控えたママのためになればとメモ。 2/18 土曜日 (39w1d) アマゾンtvで、[結婚できない男]を夫と深夜12時まで視聴中、弱い生理痛のようなものを感じる。 前駆陣痛か？！と思いつつも念のため間隔を図ってみる。6-10分おきとバラバラ。痛みは強くなる一方なので、入院準備を開始。玄関付近にカバンを用意したり、夫にやって欲しいことリストを作成するなど。夫はすでに熟睡。 2/19 日曜日 土曜深夜から寝ようとウトウトするも完全には眠れず徹夜で朝を迎える。今までは前駆陣痛らしきものがあってもとりあえず寝てみたら朝まで爆睡というパターンだったため、痛さで起きてしまうこの時点で前駆陣痛じゃないかも！との思いが強くなる。陣痛間隔は7-11分とまだバラバラ。(これは今思うと、測り方がよくわかっていなかったのも一つの原因。子宮がきゅーと収縮開始した時
