「英語教育改善実施状況調査（平成18年度）」主な結果概要（高等学校） 文部科学省が公表している上記の資料を読んで、日本の英語教育の問題に気付きました。特に「3 教員の英語力について（新項目）」について熟読してください。 調査に協力した英語教員17,627人のうち、英検準1級以上、またはTOEFL（トーフル）のPBT550点以上、CBT213点以上、TOEIC（トーイック）730点以上のスコアを取得している者は、8,539人（48.4パーセント）。 なお、外部試験の受験経験のある者のうちでは、74.2パーセントが英検準1級以上（TOEFL（トーフル）等を含む）を取得している。 この資料は高校の英語教員でTOEIC730点、TOEFL550点、英検準一級の取得者は半分未満という結果を明らかにしています。はっきり言って、この程度の英語力ではロクに使い物になりません。そんな低い水準でも、高校の英語
