岩手県で震度５強 7月23日 14時0分 ２３日午後１時３４分ごろ、宮城県沖で強い地震があり、岩手県で震度５強の揺れを観測しました。この地震による津波の心配はありません。 ▽震度５強を観測したのは岩手県遠野市、▽震度５弱が岩手県花巻市と滝沢村でした。また、▽震度４が盛岡市や岩手県大船渡市、釜石市、北上市、陸前高田市、一関市、奥州市、宮城県気仙沼市、石巻市、栗原市、登米市、大崎市、塩竈市、青森県階上町などでした。このほか、東北と北海道、関東甲信越、それに東海の広い範囲で、震度３から１の揺れを観測しました。気象庁の観測によりますと、震源地は宮城県沖で震源の深さは４０キロ、地震の規模を示すマグニチュードは６点５と推定されています。 東京電力によりますと、先ほどの地震で、福島第一原子力発電所では、これまでのところ目立った異常を示す情報はなく、１号機から３号機では原子炉への注水や窒素の注入は続けられ
