海外ＰＣの文字化け
念のため確認ですが、日本語化されているということは、 Control Panel のClock, Language and Region の Regional and Language Options の Aministrativeの non-Unicode programs は Japanese になっていますよね？また、FormatsのCurrent format が Japanese になっていないと文字化けするソフトもあります。

海外PCで非Unicodeの日本語アプリケーションを使う場合は、non-Unicode programsをJapaneseにする
