井庭崇のConcept Walk | パターン・ランゲージのライターズ・ワークショップ
PLoP（International Conference on Pattern Languages of Programs）など、ソフトウェア分野のパターン・コミュニティでは、「ライターズ・ワークショップ」という集まりで、パターンのブラッシュアップが行われている。 ライターズワークショップは、「発表者がプレゼンテーションをして質疑応答をする」といういわゆる学会発表スライルとは全く異なる形式で進められる。詩や小説の作家たちが行っていたこの方法を、リチャード・ガブリエルがソフトウェア・パターンの分野に導入したと言われている。 以前、論文のなかでライターズ・ワークショップについて書いたことがあるので、そこから抜粋して紹介することにしたい。 ライターズ・ワークショップには、そのワークショップで取り上げられる論文の著者と、有志の参加者が参加し、1 ワークショップあたりだいたい10 人前後になる。カ
