こんにちは「とっきー」です。 京都で、色々なグルメやスィーツを食べましたが、一番混んでいたのがこの「中村藤吉本店」です。過去に2度訪れて、あまりの人混みの多さに断念し、京都駅の中村藤吉で食べました。 今回、3度目の正直で、ようやく本店で限定メニューを食べることが出来ました。今回は、平日の開店後すぐだった為、比較的すいていました。僅か、30分待ちで食べることができ、感激です。 宇治茶の話 日本にお茶を伝えたのは、禅宗(臨済宗)の開祖栄西だと言われています。中国では古くからお茶を飲む文化が有りましたが、三国志の時代より、お茶は高価な物とされていました。 宇治のお茶を産地化して、高級品に押し上げたのが、茶頭であった森彦右衛門、上林氏と茶の湯で有名な千利休です。その後、安土桃山時代に宇治茶は天下一の茶として、広く知られる様になりました。 安政元年創業 茶商である中村藤吉本店は、安政元年の創業です。
