なぜか冷凍庫内で作業することも多いので、その経験から知識をこちらに書こうと思う。マイナス20度とか？ ちなみに冷凍庫作業が一番きついのは夏であると思う。普通に過ごしている時との温度差が激しすぎて、体がついて行かず蕁麻疹とかになる。それに比べれば、周囲の人が寒い寒いと言っている時の方が、温度差がなくて楽チンである。 正直血圧とかの問題がある人は冷凍庫で絶対に作業しない方がいいと思う。かなり危険かと思う。あと冷凍庫で作業するときには体調を整えるため、ご飯をちゃんと食べ、冷凍庫に入る直前には熱い飲み物を飲んで体を温めた方がいいと思う。 もし冷凍庫のバイトをしようとしている人がいたら、 ・まず夏にはやらないことをお勧めする。冬にやろう。 ・そのバイトを長く続けると色々装備を備えないと自分の体が持たなくなるけど、そうなったときにそのバイトは時給が高いけどコスパがいいのかどうか、再考してほしい。人間普
