  「動いている物体の温度は上がるか，下がるか？」 = 「温度のローレンツ変換は？」という問題は 歴史 特殊相対性理論ができてから，すぐに Einstein や Planck が考えている。 それ後しばらくは，あまり注目されなかった。 1966 年に Ott（ドイツ語，原文読んでない）によって Einstein とは逆の結果が提案された。 それから大論争に。 たとえば，相対論教科書の定番のひとつのメラー本は，初版と第二版で相対論的熱力学のところが大幅に書き換わっている。 中村は van-Kampen (1968) と Israel (1973, Ann.
