1ヶ月半ほど前から食事の仕方を見直してる。 きっかけは体重が52kg台に乗り始めたあたりだ。自分は身長が173cmなのだがふとBMIを計算してみると17.3だった。成人男性だと18.5以上で普通体重なので17.3は明らかに痩せすぎである。今までは標準体重から溢れたことがなかったので危機感を覚えたのだった。しかも今年4月からの4ヶ月で-4kg、毎月1kgずつ減っていたのである。特に運動も何もしてないつもりだったので何故か毎月体重が減っていたのはちょっと怖かった。 コロナのせいでフルリモート勤務になったことや外出しなくなったことで外食を一切やめたのがおそらく大きな要因。家にいる時間が増えたせいでご飯の代わりにお菓子(特にポテチ)を食べる機会が増えたのも影響してたはず。 お菓子でお腹を満たすというと一見太るように思われるが、ポテチなどは大して栄養もないくせにカロリーはめっちゃあるいわゆる 空っぽ
