オフィスと同じビルに歯医者さんが入っていて、3年くらい通っていたのですが、今月閉院となり先生がリタイアされました。先日たまたま考え事をしながら廊下をぶらぶら歩いていたら、その先生と病院のスタッフの方々に「近藤さん!」と呼び止められ、閉院の記念撮影を撮っているところになぜか一緒に入れて頂いて写真を撮り、さらに「飲み会に行くから近藤さんも来てください!」と言われ、これも何かの縁だと思ってご一緒させて頂きました。 飲み会の中で教えて頂いた印象的な話があります。 先生が30代の頃は毎日スタッフのミスをメモし、診察時間が終わるとそのスタッフを怒っていたそうです。ところがある時、「怒る必要などない」ということを悟り、対等な人間として接するように変わったそうです。それから入ったスタッフの方の多くは、10年以上も勤務され続けたそうです。怒るのは自分の自信のなさの現れである、と仰っていました。 飲み会には衛
