Creative Commons v3 正式公開 | スラド
「Some Rights Reserved」でお馴染みのCCことCreative Commonsライセンスだが、Creative CommonsのweblogによるとVersion 3.0が正式に公開されたようだ。 CCv3の特徴としては、これまで同一とされてきたCCUSのライセンスとCCのジェネリック・ライセンスが分離し、国際法準拠のジェネリック・ライセンスが改めて出来たことや、人格権との整合性が図られたことが挙げられる。また管理団体（collecting society）に登録した団体とCCのライセンスの関係も整理され、CCライセンスと協合的なライセンスについてby-saにおいては互換性を持たせた。 Debianから寄せられていたDRMがらみの懸念に関しては若干解決が先送りされた点もあるようだが、原著作者を示す目的以外で原著作者名を使われてしまうというOpenCourseWare Pr
