■＝外部拡張アドレスマルチプレクサ 72pin SIMM あと、4MB 72pin SIMMの半分だけ使うという手も行けそうだ。 ただ、制御信号が /RAS信号が1本、/UCAS, /LCASが 8bit毎に 4本しかないので、使用しない片側半分はアクセスする度 RASオンリー・リフレッシュ動作をし続けることになる。 これでどういう弊害が出るかというと、不要な半分のリフレッシュ電流も食ってしまうことだ。 8bit幅 DRAM H8/3048の説明書に 8bit幅DRAMの事は記載していないが、area3を8bitバスモードにすればちゃんと 8bitでも動作するみたいだ。 8bitバス幅ならバス配線８本を省略できる。 DRAMを使う場合は、a) 16bitバス＆外付け回路無し(HM5116160)か、b)マルチプレクサ増設＆バスを８本減らし((8bit、HM5117800 or 30pinS
