Blinky👻 Blinky - Web thumbnail service with Ruby and Webkit Technical demo to take screenshot of any URL, powered by PhantomJS, Poltergeist and Ruby. Blinky API compat with old service (MozShot) currently. Currently, no documentation except really simple usage. However, all source code has provided under ruby lisence. You can refer and modifiy this source freely.
