暗号通貨マネロン新規制、利用者情報の共有に課題
世界の金融機関は、独自の安全なメッセージ・システム「SWIFT（国際銀行間通信協会）」を使い、金融取引に関する情報を交換してマネーロンダリング規則を遵守している。現在、暗号通貨交換は規制当局から同様のシステムを構築するように圧力をかけられているが、その方法はまったく明確ではない。 昨年6月、影響力のある政府間マネーロンダリング監視組織、金融活動作業部会（FATF：Financial Action Task Force）は業界全体に衝撃を与えた。世界中の37の管轄区域に、FATF（「ファットF」と発音）が「仮想資産サービス・プロバイダー（Virtual Asset Service Providers）」と呼ぶ、物議を醸す新しい規則を課すように勧告した時だった。この規則は特定のしきい値を超える送金の送信者と受信者の識別情報の提供を取引所に要求するもので、「トラベル・ルール」と呼ばれる米国の銀行
