メールを書くぐらい簡単にホームページが書ける、というのがブログのいいところのひとつだと思う。 そしてその簡単さはさらに一歩進んだようだ。なんと「メッセでしゃべるぐらい簡単にブログが書ける」ようなサービスの登場だ。 Sabifooの仕組みはとっても簡単だ。自分が使っているメッセにお友達を登録するように特殊なメアドやIDを登録する（会員登録さえ必要ない）。 そしてその登録された「お友達」に話しかければそれがそのままブログになってくれるのだ。「Help」と話しかければそのブログのURLとRSSを教えてくれるのでそれを友達に伝えればいいだろう。 若い世代を中心にコミュニケーション手段はメールからメッセに移り変わりつつある。「メッセぐらい簡単に何かができる」というコンセプトはいいですね。

サンデーモーニングを観ていたら、平均年齢６０以上の出演者達が、若者がデモなどの政治行動をしないことを嘆いていた。余計なお世話という感じもするが、確かに不思議ではある。私はデモなど大学になかった時代の世代なので、むしろ昔の人が熱心にデモをしていたのが不思議でしょうがない。 一つだけ言えるのは、若者の政治意識の低下とか、現状に満足しているとかでは決してないことである。これは半分推測だが、昔はデモを指導するような学生は勉強や就職、対人コミュニケーションなどの面でもエリートだったたのではないだろうか。現代の有名人には、学生運動の指導者だったという人は少なくないような気がする。山本義隆という全共闘運動の指導者は、かつては「将来のノーベル賞候補」と言われ、学会は去ったが現在は科学史の第一人者として君臨している。こういう有能な人が運動を指導すれば、当然ながら多くの学生はそれに憧れて参加していくはずである

④「ホリエモン」ブーム 格差社会論の流行に火をつけた立役者は明らかにホリエモンこと堀江貴文容疑者である。彼がマスコミに登場する2003年以前には、格差社会論はほとんど存在していなかったように思う。私の考えでは、堀江が格差社会論を流行させたのは、若くして大富豪になっているという格差社会の「実例」を見せつけられただけではなく、大多数の「何の取り柄もない平凡な人」の「成功」を最終的に諦めさせたことにある。 今の自民党執行部や自由主義的なエコノミスト連中は、堀江の登場によって若い人たちに活力が生まれるようになると期待していた。実際そういう人間もいたのかもしれないが、全体的に見ると、堀江の存在は（一方では彼に拍手喝采を送りつつも）若者のやる気を著しく殺いでいく効果を果たしたのでないかと私は考える。何故かと言えば、そもそも堀江や「ヒルズ族」と呼ばれるような人間になることが可能であると想像できる人間は、
