本日(5/16)朝日新聞朝刊文化面に、風営法でのクラブ取り締まりの行き過ぎを指摘する記事出ている。 「風営法違反の店、摘発相次ぐ クラブじゃ踊れない？ 時代と法のずれ指摘する声も」 そこでも指摘されているとおり、事態は深刻で、関西、とりわけ大阪ではクラブが壊滅状態、他の地域でもこのまま黙っていたらクラブは壊滅してしまいかねない情況です。 この問題は、昨年から話題になっていて、わたし自身も関西に行く度に、いろいろな関係者にあって話を聞いたり話し合ったりしています。 どうも様子がおかしい・・・。なんでこんなことになってるんだろう。戦前の日本じゃあるまいし・・・。 最初はそんな感じでした。でも事態は刻々と悪くなる一方です。 本来この法律は戦後まもなく、売春を取り締まるために作られたものです。そもそも当時のダンスは男女がペアで踊るものしかなく、これが売春の温床にもなっていたという事情があって許可を
