What is it? Pythran is a python to c++ compiler for a subset of the python language. It takes a python module annotated with a few interface description and turns it into a native python module with the same interface, but (hopefully) faster. It is meant to efficiently compile scientific programs, and takes advantage of multi-cores and SIMD instruction units. Pythran development is currently done
xibless - Get rid of XIBs and XCode¶ xibless is a library that generates Objective-C code that builds Cocoa UIs. The goal of this library is to replace XIBs in XCode and, if you want, get rid of XCode altogether. With xibless, instead of designing UIs with a WYSIWYG editor, you build them in a Python script, similarly to what you do when you build Qt UIs without the Designer. For example, a script
ItsDangerous¶ Sometimes you want to send some data to untrusted environments, then get it back later. To do this safely, the data must be signed to detect changes. Given a key only you know, you can cryptographically sign your data and hand it over to someone else. When you get the data back you can ensure that nobody tampered with it. The receiver can see the data, but they can not modify it unle

Welcome to the uncertainties package¶ The uncertainties package is a free, cross-platform program that transparently handles calculations with numbers with uncertainties (like 3.14±0.01). It can also yield the derivatives of any expression. The uncertainties package takes the pain and complexity out of uncertainty calculations. Error propagation is not to be feared anymore! Calculations of results
Welcome to oursql’s documentation!¶ oursql is a new set of MySQL bindings for python 2.4+, including python 3.x. Here’s a short list of reasons why you should use oursql over MySQLdb: oursql has real parameterization, sending the SQL and data to MySQL completely separately. oursql allows text or binary data to be streamed into the database and streamed out of the database, instead of requiring eve
