闇LTでAnovaとCooking for Geeksと低温調理について語ってきた話
Wed, Jul 12, 2017 One-minute read手前味噌ですが当blog大ヒット記事まだアクチンの熱変性で消耗してるの？ – 低温調理による革命的肉食のすすめ – #ヨーグルティア肉 – Kwappa談話室からはや2年が経過し、低温調理界隈もずいぶん進化しました。 Geekのための知的料理書「Cooking for Geeks」は第2版が出版され（またしてもオライリージャパンさまからご恵贈いただきましたありがとうございます！）、ヨーグルティアにも新型が発売され、そしてAnova Precision Cookerも気軽に買えるようになりました。 そろそろ続編記事を書かねば…と思いながらも忙しさにかまけていたところ、同僚から「闇LTに登壇してくれないか？」というオファーを受けました。テーマは「低温調理と肉について」。いい機会なのでガッと資料を作って発表したところ、なかなかウケ

Works great if you can follow instructions I swear the reviews on this app are either five stars or one stars.
