転職で感じたこと
従業員500人程度の中小エネルギー会社 人事課長→従業員1万人超のSI企業（NECとかNTTとかそのへん）人事職（非管理職）に転職して一年ほど経過したのでその雑記。あんまり増田で人事の転職見たことないな？ 自分の事日東駒専どこかの文系卒。妻あり、子供はいない。34歳 それなりに要領がいい方だとは思うが、お世辞にも能力が高くはない。英語力も皆無。（TOEICは受けさせられて300ぐらい） 前職に入社するための就職活動～転職に至るまで氷河期と言われる2012卒だったのに加え、自分が就職活動に対してやる気がなかった（4年から就活開始したあたりでお察し）が、4年時、中小企業の秋採用になんとか入社。しばらく営業職として全国を転々としていたが、途中で人事に異動。 採用・教育・給与以外の人事業務を実施（評価とか異動とか個別人事対応とか）し、30歳で人事課長に昇進。 30歳で課長というと一般的には早いのだ
