ある新製品の感想を記したブログ記事のうち、約7割はポジティブな内容──こんな調査結果を日本広告主協会 Web広告研究会が公表した。「ブロガーは匿名でも読者と継続的に対話するため、掲示板に比べて非建設的な誹謗中傷に走りにくいのでは」と見ている。 企業の製品がブログでどう書かれているのかを把握するため、調査を担当したレッドクルーズが約100万のブログを対象にキーワード抽出して調べた。対象製品は東芝「gigabeat」やNEC「N901iS」など。 調査結果から、製品についてブロガーが言及する際の切り口を見ると、（1）ニュース型、（2）広告型、（3）体験・感動型、（4）日記型──の4つに分類できるという。 ニュース型は、企業の製品発表ニュースリリースへのリンクなどに意見を追加したり、製品データの分析などを書き込み、広告型は新製品CMに出演したタレントなどに絡めて書くタイプ。体験・感動型は、製品を
