「Cool Earth-エネルギー革新技術計画」の策定について（METI/経済産業省）
本件の概要 経済産業省では、本日、「Cool Earth−エネルギー革新技術計画」をとりまとめたので公表いたします。 １．検討の背景 ○昨年５月、総理が「美しい星５０（クールアース５０）」を発表しました。世界全体の温室効果ガス排出量を現状に比して２０５０年までに半減するという長期目標を提案しました。 ○この目標の実現には、革新的技術の開発が不可欠です。 ○このため、経済産業大臣の下に有識者会議を設置し、「Cool Earth-エネルギー革新技術計画」の策定をすすめてきたところです。 ２．経緯及び予定 第１回有識者会議： 平成１９年 ８月３１日 第２回有識者会議： 平成１９年１１月２７日 第３回有識者会議： 平成２０年 ３月 ５日 ３．「Cool Earth-エネルギー革新技術計画」の概要 ○重点的に取り組むべき革新技術として、「２１」技術を選定しました。 ○これらの技術につ
