ActiveWebの利用は断念 - Neutral Scent
以前からcerviを利用していたのですが、どうもコントロールパネルの日本語がめちゃくちゃになっていたり、細かい設定がいちいちサポートの方に依頼しないと出来ないことが多いなど、気になる点が多かったので、他の選択肢を検討して、ActiveWebを契約しました。 ActiveWebにした理由は、低価格、明確なASP.NET 2.0対応、その他いろいろなのですが、実際に契約して、導入作業をいろいろやっている課程で、問題点が出てきたので結局解約することに。 とりあえいず、ActiveWebを利用する上でのキーポイントをいくつかまとめておきます。 サービスはドメインと抱き合わせ 契約やサービスの利用には新規ドメインの獲得か、ドメインの持ち込みが必要。DNS設定のみでの利用はできません。また、契約したドメインを外部に移管するには解約が必要です。解約手続き(ドメイン移管)は郵送。 契約は1年縛り 安い分、
