国会では、一定の年収を超えると配偶者の扶養を外れるいわゆる「年収の壁」も論点の1つです。政府は、働く時間を抑える理由にもなっているとして、対応策の検討を進める方針です。 いわゆる「年収の壁」は、年間の給与収入が「130万円」や「106万円」を超えると配偶者の扶養を外れ、社会保険の負担が生じることなどから働く時間を抑える理由にもなっていると指摘されているものです。 与野党双方からは、こうした制度を改めるよう求める意見が出ていて、今の国会で論点の1つになっています。 岸田総理大臣は1日の衆議院予算委員会で「パートタイム労働者などが本人の希望に応じて収入を増やしていけることが重要で、幅広く検討していきたい」と述べました。 政府は与野党の意見も踏まえながら、女性の登用促進の観点からも「年収の壁」の対応策について検討を進める方針です。 一方、国会では、少子化対策をめぐって、日本維新の会や国民民主党が
