六本木交差点付近に梅酒専門ダイニング「プライムガーデン梅椿」（六本木6、TEL 0120-056-444）が2月22日にオープンする。同店は、約100種以上もの焼酎や日本酒・泡盛などをベースにした梅酒が揃う梅酒専門ダイニングで、樹齢100年を超える古木梅とブランデー、蜂蜜を使用した「百年梅酒（茨城）」（850円）、酒粕焼酎「澄」で漬けた少量生産の日本酒をベースにした「真澄 梅酒（長野）」（880円）、薬用酒をベースに特別仕込みを施した無ろ過の原酒「幽玄秘酒 渾然（山梨）」(3,500円)をはじめ、海外梅酒などが揃う。料理は「ゴーヤと紫芋のかき揚げ天ぷら」（500円）、「ねぎとろと山芋のコンカッセ、たまり醤油のマヨネーズ」（800円）などの和創作料理を提供する。営業時間は平日17時～翌5時、日・祝17時～23時。平均客単価3,800円。席数は34席、半個室1室。
