こんにちは、しーどらです。 勤労感謝の日、23日は実家に帰っておりました。 母が少しずつ断捨離を進めており 今回は母がお姑さん(私には父方の祖母)から貰い受けた着物の整理を一緒に行いました。 (祖母が残したものはかなり個性的な着物なので、母は一度も袖を通さず、しつけ糸が残ったまま40年間箪笥に眠っていたみたいです。私にも似合うとは思えないなぁ…😅) 着物を1枚1枚広げてはたたみ、広げてはたたみしているうちにあっという間に2時間が過ぎました。 顔を真正面から見るのではなく、着物をたたみながらというのが良かったのか、母が今まで一度も口にしたことの無かった話を聞くことになりました。 🌱 何度かブログにも書いていますが、母は鹿児島の出身です。 正確に言うと、育った場所です。 祖父母も鹿児島の人で、明治30年代に生まれている筈です。 祖父は地主の息子、祖母は商家の娘で若い頃は比較的裕福な生活を送
