インターネット上で、少女の裸の写真などの児童ポルノ画像を強制的に見られないようにするブロッキング(強制遮断)が、今年度中にも導入される見通しになった。18日開かれた総務省の会合で、接続事業者(プロバイダー)が条件つきで導入に賛成する意向を示した。 ブロッキングは、接続事業者が利用者の同意を得ることなく、サイトへの接続を強制的に遮断する行為。ネット上にはんらんする児童ポルノによる被害を食い止める有効な手立てとして、警察庁は早期実施を求めてきた。 この日の総務省の会合には接続事業者大手のNTTコミュニケーションズやニフティなど4社が出席。事業者側はブロッキングは憲法で保障される「表現の自由」や「通信の秘密」を侵すおそれがあるとしながらも、児童ポルノは重大な権利侵害であり、導入に前向きに取り組む意向を示した。 その一方で、過剰な規制につながらないように遮断対象となるサイトのリストづくりが重
