新年明けましておめでとうございます。 さて、新年早々ではございますが本日新聞記事とリリースにて、竹書房がクラウドフレアというクラウドサーバを運営する企業に対して訴訟を提起したことを発表いたしました。 今からリリースでは書けなかった「なぜ竹書房がこの訴訟提起にいたったのか」をここに書いておこうと思います。 さて。 まず話は4年前に遡ります。 自分はそのときから竹書房の業務執行責任者をやることになるのですが、そのためにそのときの竹書房の業務と組織をすべて洗い出したときある事実に気がつきます。 この会社、法務がないぞ…？ 中小企業あるあるなんでしょうかね、特に業務のバックヤードやサポートといった部分で重要なのに存在しない部門がある。何十年もその必要性に誰か気づかないもんなんでしょうか。とにかくこのとき竹書房に「法務部」はなかったのです。 ちなみに人事もありませんでした。泣ける。 時は2015年。
