一瞬で消えた日本的流通の「結界」 – EBook2.0 Magazine
紀伊国屋書店が8月21日、「インターネット書店への対抗策」として、村上春樹氏の著書の初版10万冊の9割を出版社から直接買い取り、自社店舗のほか他社の書店に限定して供給する、と発表したことは、日本の書籍流通における歴史に画期を成す出来事と言える。それは栗田出版販売の倒産に続く、日本的流通の自壊における里程標を示すものだ。 紀伊國屋書店の「宮廷クーデター」 俗受けする衣装を纏ってはいるが「敵」がアマゾンでなく、取次制であることは明白だ。紀伊國屋は取次不要を宣言したのだ。それが「今回のような儲かりそうな本に関しては」という商売優先の限定付なのか、それとも「日本にはもはやそうしたものは不要である」という新秩序のビジョンをもったものかは分からない。たぶん同じことだろう。 第1に、これは大手書店が（既存の取次をスルーして）DNP=大手印刷会社と組んで買切り・直仕入を行い、他の書店への再販売も行うという
