大阪電灯株式会社(旧字体:大阪電燈株式會社󠄁、おおさかでんとうかぶしきかいしゃ[注釈 1])は、明治から大正にかけて存在した日本の電力会社(電灯会社)である。関西電力管内にかつて存在した事業者の一つ。 1889年(明治22年)に国内3番目の電力会社として開業。大阪市を本拠に供給区域を広げ、関西地方を代表する電力会社に発展したが、1923年(大正12年)に事業を大阪市および大同電力に譲渡し解散した。 概要[編集] 大阪電灯は、日本において電気事業が勃興してから間もない時期に設立された、関西地方では2番目に古い電力会社(電灯会社)である。その設立は1888年(明治21年)2月であり、日本初の電力会社東京電灯の設立(1883年)の5年後で、名古屋電灯・神戸電灯の設立に続くものである[2][3]。供給事業の開始は翌1889年(明治22年)5月からで、東京電灯・神戸電灯に次いで日本で3番目、関西地
