/ / / / ／ 《１９７６年「さよならジュピター」前史》 「さよならジュピター」は、１９７６年に小松左京オリジナルのＳＦ立体アニメーションとして東京ムービー新社が企画していたもので、メカデザインはスタジオぬえ、男性キャラクターはモンキー・パンチ先生、そして女性キャラを萩尾望都先生にお願いする予定でした。 この時の経緯は、小松左京の短編集「三本腕の男」（角川文庫）の解説において、モンキー・パンチ先生が詳しく紹介しています。 アニメ版の「さよならジュピター」は実現せず、立体アニメ企画は日本テレビの開局二十五周年番組「家なき子」として、一九七七年十月から放送されることになりました。 *『三本腕の男』解説について １９８０年に発行された角川文庫版『三本腕の男』では、モンキー・パンチ先生に解説をしていただいていますが、その中で、「さよならジュピター」の原型となった、立体アニメに関してのエピソード

火星の大気流出、太陽嵐が原因か NASA探査機観測
激しい太陽活動によって流出する火星の上層大気中のイオン。想像図（2015年11月5日提供）。(c)AFP/NASA/GSFC 【11月6日 AFP】（一部更新）かつては生命が存在していた可能性もあるが、現在は寒冷で乾燥した惑星となった火星──5日に発表された研究結果によると、火星の大気減少が加速した理由に、激しい太陽活動があったことが考えらえるという。 研究は、米コロラド大学ボルダー校（University of Colorado at Boulder）のブルー ス・ジャコスキー（Bruce Jakosky）氏が率いた。同氏は、ポッドキャスト配信された米科学誌サイエンス（Science）誌とのインタビューで「太陽嵐の発生時に大気の浸食が著しく増加していることが分かった。これにより、太陽が今より若くて活動的だった数十億年前には、大気の流出速度がはるかに大きかったと考えられる」と説明した。 数
